Our proprietary Yoga Bands™ are made with more than 20 inches of looped four-way stretch knit fabric that will stretch to comfortably to fit your wrist. These watch bands will fit small wrists, large wrists, any size wrists! Yoga Bands™ come in two sizes: petite/small and medium/large. Generally, our petite/small bands will fit wrist with a circumference up to 7.5” inches and the medium/large bands will fit wrists with a circumference over 7.5” inches. The bands will expand with wear and stretch up to 1-2” inches to fit your wrist. If your band is a bit tight when you receive it, gently stretch it until it fits comfortably. You may need to put the band around something cylindrical overnight to stretch it out (a soup can, soda bottle, etc… really anything cylindrical with a circumference greater than your wrist).
